My sweetest Poem

                                           “My Sweet Poem”
A sweet poem by a sweet person to the sweetest person in a sweet night with a sweet reason.
We live together –
In the sweet memory of the moments when we are together.
In the sweet love that spread all over the world all around us.
In the sweet taste of your rose like lips.
In the sweet sparkling of your diamond like eyes.
In the sweet breeze that lost itself somewhere in the midst of your hair.
In the sweet sound of the ripples that form when we dive into the ‘ocean of love’.
In the sweet smile of yours that can bring mountain to your feet.
In the sweet light of moon that passes through both of us with the same love.
In the sweet touch of yours which compels to forget the entire world.
In the sweet feel of yours that awakens all the emotions within us.
In the sweet voice of yours that fill the ears with the divine sound.
In the sweet darkness where the light refuses to turn on.
And in sweet world that seems to be created only for us by God.

The Only mistake of MY life....

The mistake i am repeating again and again is expecting a Utopian world where every one understands me...but hey it can not happen because my thinking is as free as one can think...i am beyond boundaries in any cases...it is indomitable at times and vulnerable at the very next instant...What i am going through in life is what i can not even tell to myself...then how any one else can understand????
Well my expectations of a Utopian world will end now because "a problem recognized is a problem being half solved"... And i am open for your suggestions at any time ....

Life in abundance comes only through great love.
~ by Elbert GreenHubbard
Don't find love, let love find you. That's why it's called falling in love, because you don't force yourself to fall, you just fall.
To love someone is to understand each other, to laugh together, to smile with your heart and to trust one another. One important thing is to let each other go if you can't do this.
I only thought about you once today.. I never stopped.
I think I would rather possess eyes that know no sight, ears that know no sound, hands that know no touch than a heart that knows no love.
To handle yourself, use your head, to handle others, use your heart.
Love is like an hourglass
With the heart filling up
As the brain empties

Oh, do give yours to me;
We'll lock them up together,
And throw away the key.

Beautiful Quotations By Osho

                                 “Quotations by osho

If you take the responsibility for your life you can start changing it. Slow will be the change, only in the course of time will you start; moving into the world of light and crystallization, but once you are crystallized you will know what real revolution is. Then share your revolution with others; it has to go that way, from heart to heart.
A really religious person has no theology. Yes, he has the experience, he has the truth, he has that luminosity, but he has no theology.
A Zen master used to say, "It is clear and so it is hard to see. A dunce once searched for a fire with a lighted lantern. Had he known what fire was, he could have cooked his rice much sooner."

All beings are from the very beginning Buddhas. It is like water and ice: Apart from water, no ice, outside living beings, no Buddhas. Not knowing it is near they seek it afar, what a pity!
All that is great cannot be possessed - and that is one of the most foolish things man goes on doing. We want to possess.
All that this world needs is a good cleansing of the heart of all the inhibitions of the past. And laughter and tears can do both. Tears will take out all the agony that is hidden inside you and laughter will take all that is preventing your ecstasy. Once you have learned the art you will be immensely surprised.
All that you need is just to be silent and listen to existence. There is no need of any religion, there is no need of any God, there is no need of any priesthood, there is no need of any organization.

All the Buddhas of all the ages have been telling you a very simple fact: Be -- don't try to become. Within these two words, be and becoming, your whole life is contained. Being is enlightenment, becoming is ignorance.

Any human being who is becoming independent of conditionings, of religions, scriptures, prophets and messiahs, has arrived home. He has found the treasure which was hidden in his own being.
Be less of a judge and you will be surprised that when you become a witness and you don't judge yourself, you stop judging others too. And that makes you more human, more compassionate, more understanding.
Become more and more innocent, less knowledgeable and more childlike. Take life as fun - because that's precisely what it is!
Don't seek, don't search, don't ask, don't knock, don't demand - relax. If you relax, it comes. If you relax, it is there. If you relax, you start vibrating with it.
Doubt is the vestibule which we all must pass through before we can enter the temple of truth.

How To Plan 4 Success In The Very Beginning Of The Session

SHIV HARI GOSWAMI
(HOD English SJB Mathura)
09412505435
HOW TO PLAN FOR SUCCESS IN THE
VERY BEGINNING OF SESSION
1. Success as a relative term.
2. Love, not competition to be base of Education.
3. No alternative of hard work.
4. Future is now- No Wastage of Time.
5. Proper Time Management.
6. Habit of sitting with patience.
7. Meditation for controlling mind.
8. Non-stop fighting with laziness & Attraction.
9. Small Unit & Formation of Question Bank.
10. Reading and Writing Record Every Week.
“Success is a relative term;
There is nothing absolute about it.”
What we think of as success today might be thought as failure in another time and situation and vice versa. It would be in our best interest to view both what we call success and failure as relative states and so we should treat both success and failure with equanimity. Success means whatever is achievable has been achieved. We get what we have longed for .Success is a relative term .we relate ourselves with others. We compare our achievements with those of others. “Less than” is failure “more than” is success. This is what we regard as failure or success. The pursuit of success is the desire for more.
HANKERING FOR MORE IS DISCONTENT.
Compare yourself with none but with you yourself. See your knowing. Your knowing must increase with the classes you pass. Study the following diagram.

Comparatively one is more or less in his achievements than others.
Unfortunately competition is at the center of our education system. Competition is dependent on comparison. What I have got is compared with what I could not get. Competition gives birth to frustration, anxiety, worry, enmity, anger and tension. Competition confines us up to ourselves only. Competition never means to preserve what we already possess. It means always going ahead. In competition one selects one of the following two ways-
(1).to sketch a line larger than other for going ahead (Healthy Competition).
(2). Or to cut short others’ line in order to let our line remain larger since we can not make it larger by our own efforts (Unhealthy Competition)
Love should be at the centre of education. Competition being at the center of education a student forgets almost more than 50% immediately after the paper.

For the sake of real success we should love what we do.
Proper planning and strategy is must for success. How to plane for success or to get our target fulfilled -first and for most thing is to be acquainted with what the content or subject matter is. Syllabus should be divided into small units. In case the syllabus is not divided, its vastness frightens in the very beginning. We should be pin pointed to the small unit. We should make our own question bank of the small unit. ‘Slow and steady wins the race’ should be kept in mind and followed sincerely. A learner should prepare the unit in such a way that what he prepares may be less in quantity but must be very solid and unchallengeable.
A learner must feel that each minute has sixty second. How one is utilizing his each second is important thing. One can be said to be serious for one’s goal if one doesn’t let even a single second go waste.
A goal - oriented student should honestly follow the following formula:
‘AN STD LANAJE’
AVOID
1. NONSENSE (Speaking, Thinking, Doing)
2. LANAJE = LAZINESS, ANGER, NEGATIVE THINKING, ATTRACTION, JEALOUSY, EGO
There are many slips between cup and lip
There always stands powerful impediment before the target. Target is duty - bound. The more dutiful we are for the target the more likely we are to achieve the target. There is a tug of war between duty on the one hand and attraction and laziness on the other. Some times we are attracted towards laziness, some times towards ego, some times towards negative thinking, some times towards anger. One has to be free from the obstacles. A student’s firm determination and resolution can help him fight the hurdles standing before him.
One should have definite aim in his life as aimless life leads nowhere. He should be ready for a war against his obstacles right from getting up in the morning and going to bed in the evening. He should awake in the morning and drink as much water as he can drink. Then he must leave the comforts of sitting in the cozy seat. Seating on the stool should be preferred while studying in the morning time. If he feels dozing, he should stand up to brush his teeth. Then he should continue his study on the stool. In the pursuit war against laziness in the morning time he should take immediate bath if he still feels dozing. For proper concentration a student must undergo in the process meditation for at least an hour daily.
We have sense organs-eyes, ears etc. All sense organs have different food stuff. For example eyes need beautiful sight, ears need melodious song and so on. We should supply them the respective food stuff-neither in less quantity nor in large quantity but AS PER REQUIREMENT. Sound sleep plays an important role in everybody’s life.
Here are a couple of quick tips for sound sleep.
“First, never forget that it is the quality and not the quantity of sleep is
important. It is better to have six hours of uninterrupted deep sleep than even ten hours of disturbed sleep. The whole idea is to provide your body with rest so that its natural processes can repair and restore your physical dimension to its natural state of health, a state that is diminished through the stresses and struggles of daily use”.
Time plays a crucial role in a student’s life. Every student should know the art of Time Management. Time Management of three hours in the examination hall is very necessary for a student. If a student manages his time properly and follows it honestly and sincerely, he will pass the time as per his choice. By managing the time, time is enslaved. If it is not managed a student is enslaved by time.
A student in the exam hall (for board exam) has 180 minutes. If he is able to complete the work within 170 minutes and spares 10 minutes for revision, he deserves to obtain very good marks if no mistake is committed. He should have a clear cut strategy in the mind about for which question he should give how many minutes so as to complete the work within stipulated time. What ever a student knows is not important. How well he does in the paper is important. For this he should do the practice of writing. A student should have a written record of his reading and writing capacity. How many words can he read silently within one minute? If he reads less than 100 words within one minute, he is rather weak. He should do practice of reading more words within one minute. He should check his reading and writing record every week. Reading and understanding should go together. Otherwise there is no use of reading. Reading for the sake of reading serves no purpose.
A student studies four or five main subjects. The weight age of all subjects is equal. He should make weekly planning for the study of all subjects. First of all the most boring subject should be studied. It must be left immediately before reaching the boring point. Boring point differs from subject to subject, topic to topic and student to student. After leaving to study the boring subject before reaching its boring point, most interesting subject should be studied. Study the following
Diagram.

In the above chart of a particular student, mathematics can be studied up to 200 minutes continuously. But Computer Science can not be studied up to more than 50 minutes.
If boring point is ignored it will create laziness which will lead to sleep ultimately. A student should make a proper sitting. It means how long one can sit in a particular seat and posture with patience. As a student can easily sit in a particular seat and posture at the examination hall for
three hours, in the same way he should have the habit of sitting in his study room for study. But it does not happen generally.
Practice makes a man perfect.
A student should practice for a right sitting posture during his study time. He should practice up to the time it forms in to a habit. Ideal habit once formed helps in the long run. Old habits die hard.
Mr. Vipin Sharma, an English teacher in Shriji Baba Vidyalaya Mathura generally says; either be an ass (which bears load on its back) at an early age of your life i.e. student-life or you will have to be an ass in the life to come. He means to say if a student works hard right now like an ass, he will enjoy cozy or comfortable life in future. When would you like to be an ass in your early age during student-life or in your old age? Choice is yours. Being an ass in old age will multiply the problems which are inevitable
O dear students, you are the maker of your own destiny. You can be what you want to be. Live in the present and don’t let your present go waste. This is the right time for you to study. Time and tide wait for none. If you think you can, you certainly can because WHERE THERE IS WILL THERE IS A WAY AND ONE WHO TRIES NEVER FAILS

How to Become A World Class computer Engineer

I read the post by Abhishek Desai and found it very helpful so I am sharing it here. I bet it will be very helpful to Indian Computer Engineering Students.

Reasons for writing this post:

  • I feel I have not done enough to become a good computer engineer. May be I did not have someone who could guide me properly. We were only the second batch of Computer Engineering at Nirma Institute of Technology, Ahmedabad, so we had no mentors in the industry.
  • Second reason, may be we were not mature enough.
  • Third reason, 3 Idiots was not released at that time.
  • So this post is dedicated to all the fellow computer engineering students (especially in India) who are still having a good time by bunking the classes but not doing good enough to become a world class computer engineer otherwise.
But what can I do?

1. Have the right infrastructure

  • Get yourself a decent laptop. (I prefer Mac but any decent Dell laptop is also ok)
  • Get yourself a nice internet connection with highest speed available. (Take a cut from your pocket money if you have to but this is a must)
  • Get yourself an iPhone (I know it is expensive in India but you will have to use world class gadgets to become world class engineer)
  • Make your home or hostel room WiFi enabled. (This is not expensive. You will get a decent router in 2-3k.)
  • If you are not able to do any or all of the above things, don’t worry you can still become a good computer engineer. So hang on and keep reading.

2. Learn to use Google Reader

  • Google reader will become the best companion of yours for lifetime if you use it properly.
  • It is nothing but a cool RSS reader from Google using which you can subscribe to blogs to get latest updates and posts. So if you have a gmail account you are ready to go. What? You do not have a gmail account yet!! Go get one right now. Stop reading. Open a gmail account now and come back. I am waiting.
  • I am still waiting.
  • Ok great, so you have a gmail account now, good. Watch this video . It explains in plain english how to use google reader.
  • Software, Web Search Strategies, Wikis, Social Bookmarking, Social Networking, Blogs, Podcasting and Cloud computing onhttp://www.commoncraft.com/ (Now you understand why I told you get the fastest internet connection available?). You don’t have to see them all at once but do check them all and understand.
  • Done? Ok so you are ready to become a world class computer engineer now.
  • Now you understand Google Reader, so it’s time to subscribe to interesting blogs. Subscribe to following blogs.
  • There are many such blogs but to start with these are ok. You will keep finding other interesting blogs as and when you will come across some.
  • Getting used to read on computer takes time and patience so just keep reading it.
  • So I guess we are done with Google Reader part here. This means you have to open up Google Reader as soon you bunk the classes or as soon as you get the time to check your mails.

3. Academic Earth

  • Do you want to see how professors teach in Harvard and Stanford? Do you want to see how their lectures are conducted? You can now, we were not able to do that in our time.
  • Go to www.academicearth.org and you will see videos of actual lectures and courses of Harvard, Yale, Stanford. Now you know whose lectures to watch after bunking the classes or after getting back to home.
  • You do not want to miss the chance of studying in these universities without going to US to giving them millions in fees right? and guess what? Attendance is not compulsory here :)

4. Learn any web language quickly and start building

  • I would suggest PHP or RubyASP.NET C# is also fine if you already know something about it.
  • And start building something on it. It can be anything. But start programming on web now. Most of you are never going to write a program C, C++ or COBOL in your lifetime. I would not advise against learning them though.
  • After you know something about web programming, read “Getting Real” from37Signals.
  • Now again build something using whatever you learned from the above book.

5. Assume you are in Sillicon Valley

  • I know this sounds little weird but that’s the way it is.
  • The best of the minds in the world are there and you do not want to miss out on that right?
  • Thousands of things happen everyday in Sillicon Valley and you can remain updated by reading above blogs I mentioned.
  • So start feeling the air :)

6. Start asking why?

  • When you are attending a lecture or reading anything, have a habit of asking why?
  • For e.g. Why we have to study “Strength of Materials” when most of us are going to write web applications in PHP or ASP.NET?
  • When you ask why often, you start understanding the logic, the reason behind doing anything.
  • Same as they have said in 3 Idiots, don’t learn to get marks but learn to know something, to achieve the excellence. When you start asking why, you start on the right path.

7. Understand computer hardware

  • Most people thinks this is boring and unnecessary.
  • May be it is, but it will certainly make you better programmer, even if you will never touch the inside of the computer again.
  • Basic understanding of hardware is necessary to understand how computer works.
  • You have to understand following 100% without any doubt in your mind.
    • How your high level programming code becomes 0s and 1s and execute?
    • The text which you are reading now is also consisting of 0s and 1s only then how come you are reading the alphabets here?
    • FYI I am still not 100% clear on this. But I will be one day. Till then I am not a good computer engineer.
I guess I have get you started here.
By following any or all of the above steps you are destined to become world class computer engineer. By no means I am asking you to stop whatever you are doing right now in your college.

These are additional things you have to do. It takes hard work to become world class right?

You are always on your own to achieve the path of excellence. Friends and Tutors can only guide you, they can not make you one.
I would request my fellow classmates to add points in this post. I believe our batch 99CE in Nirma Institue of Technology had one of the best and brightest minds in the world. Do you have any doubt? Well this guy is one of them. 99CE people are in MIT, Google, Apple, Barclays, Bank of America to name a few. They are spread across the world and are on their way to become future leaders.
I would also request people who have read this post and feel they can add something here to help students of computer engineering. My aim is to have great people coming out of Indian Engineering Colleges.
Last words, by no means above list is exhaustive and complete. There are “n” number of ways to achieve excellence. These are my personal views and I have learned them long and hard way. I hope to make your journey little easier by this post.

Our College Strike

“Our College Strike”
In India, there are several instances where you can find issues with the government, although chosen by its own citizen this country and its hard earned money has always been exploited by the politicians. The proposal of opening an NIT in Sumari Uttarakhand (Sumari- A remote place in the up hills) is also a political decision as the chief minister will be standing in the upcoming elections.
Sumari being a remote place does not have any kind of facilities and moreover there is no proper road to transport building material there. In addition, it is a habitat to many wild animals and the government is not getting Forest clearance by the Forest department. But as you all know that the vote bank of a leader should not suffer at any cost. SO the NIT is opened in the nearest metro place of mountains-Srinagar. Pay attention it is a metro place for the mountain area only where you can fulfill only your daily needs not the requirements of an engineering college especially when the national reputation is at stake.
Being students selected by the AIEEE exam we do not have much choice in our kitty. The brand name of NIT is good enough a reason for us to select it as our engineering college without even knowing the ground realities. We enthusiastically came here although we know that there is no permanent campus only a temporary one. But at that time we were pretty sure that within the time limits of one semester our requirements will be fulfilled. So we go for the usual system giving our demands on paper and everything was done through THE PROPER CHANNEL( as the Administration call it.)
First semester gone past within no time as we first have to be familiar with a new place and have to cure our home sickness. And our demands were never fulfilled. At the end of the semester we have been promised that every thing will be upto the mark when you come again and the system will run two months ahead of you.
Entering the college even after an extended vacation we were surprised and amazed at the present condition. There is no improvement and the newly appointed teachers were more disappointing than satisfying. Then there is no option left for us. Either we have to change according to the system or WE HAVE TO CHANGE IT. Having seen the current state of our country we decided that we have to change the system because it is not the question of 60 odd engineering students but actually it is about all the students who are suffering the unfulfilled promises. And we decided to go for a strike.
Going for the strike was never easy as every student has to take his stand. And the indisciplinary action is bound to happen but we are not worried about ourselves, we are worried about the pathetic condition of our system in which everyone blames it and still refuses to be a part of it.

Violence-Act of Separation

By Anmol Gupta

Some gurus have said that violence is nothing but the act of separating yourself from others because we can't get violent with ourselves. It is only possible when we think that we are superior or inferior from others. Or in other words if we separate our existence from others, then we are bound to be violent.

In my view violence does not mean to hurt someone physically rather it is to hurt someone sentimentally, emotionally because by attacking someone physically you ultimately hurts his ego making him inferior to you in terms of power. And through ego his sentiments hurt and it become an act of violence.

If you abuse someone or take it as if someone abuses you whom you don't know then you will sure get angry and try to repay him by verbally or even physically abusing him. This is violence.

But if your friend abuses you, you say nothing, don't even mind because your sentiments are nor hurt by this. So basically abusing someone is not an act of violence but hurting someone's emotions is an act of violence.

I was born as a Hindu so knows a little bit about Hindu scriptures and respect them as the beliefs which are given there are very scientific. But across the years these messages, given in the form of stories are so much misinterpreted that the very religion has turned out to be violent.

Well if someone read this article and he is a Hindu then it will definitely raises his eyebrows plus if this article is written by any famous author and is published on this site than many people across the whole country come together and punish the writer somehow. There are several groups in politics today like shivshena and rss which gathers people and protests unnecessarily. Is this not an act of violence while they are trying to prove themselves non-violent? If they are really non-violent then they should forgive the writer instead.

They start protesting without even reading the article just after reading or hearing the much publicized line given in some newspaper or T.V channel that this person said that Hindus are violent. And they call them non-violent even after protesting. What a shame!

I will give you another example to prove my point. In the pooja that we do all the rituals are done by right hand not by left hand because it is considered as 'Ashubh'. I just want to ask how can you differentiate the hands of a same person? On what basis?

It is an act of violence. A great act of violence indeed because you are separating your own hands.

This is why I said that Hindua religion has turned violent as time has shaped itself.

The String Theory

By Anmol Gupta

Human nature is curious by default. He not only wants to know the law behind a fact but also wants to make suitable changes in it for his own convenience.

In order to simplify nature many theories had been already given for ex- The theory of atoms, The theory of relativity, The grand unified theory, The theory of everything, The string theory and many more.

The one that attracts me is the string theory. According to this theory the fundamental unit of all the substances is a mass less, extensible string. This theory is based on the extension and contraction of the string with the suitable changes in the energy.

This theory attracts because of its power to explain the yet unexplainable facts. The first thing it can explain is the soul which is not yet accepted by science. But through this theory we can have a greater understanding of soul.

Suppose the soul to be a string having certain energy. It can expand or contract according to the changes in the frequency (related to energy by E=hν). And it is a well known fact that our thoughts are like waves which travel through the mind and have certain frequencies. With the positive thoughts (meaning higher frequency) the energy of the soul increases and hence it expands and so our spirituality. Similarly if negative thoughts such as greed, lust, anger etc. pass through our mind then they will contract the soul decreasing our spirituality.

Also remember that string is a fundamental unit i.e. it can neither be created nor destroyed and so is the soul. There is no limit on the elasticity of the string so there is never a delay in the start of your spiritual journey (the awareness that you are not the body but you are the soul). Hence, you can start your spiritual journey anytime and reach a level by which your string(soul) can match the frequency of God and ultimately you can be in the resonance with God's energy and merge in the supreme soul.

The second thing which can be explained by this theory is the healing through faith. On the basis of this fact many of false masters claim to heal through magic but actually it is through the faith that the patient gets better. As I said that take soul as string. Faith gives you positive vibrations means higher frequencies means higher energy which in turn extend the string and gives us more healing power.

So on these bases I have said that string theory attracts me the most. At the end I would like to ask a question to so called 'Dharmatmas' that how science and spirituality are two different things.

In my view these are the two sides of the same coin (God).

"Knowledge Is Power"

By Anmol Gupta

What Knowledge Is?

"Knowledge is the light which destroys the darkness of ignorance".

Knowledge as the name suggest is originated from knowing. Knowing doesn't mean, only to know about the history, merits, demerits, pros and coins of something but also to continue the process of the research and development. As you can see that knowing is a verb not a noun. It is not a dead process where you can seek some facts and consider yourself as knowledgeable.

As said by Goethe "Knowledge is application". It echoes my view that to apply something first you have to know the theoretical part of it and then you have to do the practical part and it involves an infinite R&D (research and development.

I would like to clarify that knowledge, more often than not is considered as education but it is altogether a different ball game. Education can provide you a platform to become a man of knowledge but it isn't knowledge itself. Knowledge can come even without education. Man like Kabir Das, The famous Indian poet and mystic was thoroughly uneducated but his knowledge is impeccable and incredible and his understanding of life is extraordinary for such an ordinary person.

Why We Need Knowledge?

In my view "Breathing is necessary for life and knowledge for a great and happier life."

As known by great mystics and saints that life is a journey of soul for experience. Life hence, consists of events which lets you experience the different extremes of life. And from our conscious mind it is really difficult to understand the purpose behind an event that happens with us in our life. So to understand the purpose of your life knowledge is needed.

As said by Sydney J Harris "The whole purpose of life is to turn mirrors into windows."

And for this purpose the true and pure Knowledge is the only weapon in our armor.

What Knowledge Gives?

Knowledge gives understanding. It gives us the insight by which we can clear the dilemmas that we often face in our life. Knowledge gives courage to fight for the rights, for freedom and at the same time it teaches you how to be humble. In short knowledge gives WISDOM.

How Knowledge Is Power?

Knowledge can be considered as a substitute for power, not the power which enhances your ego, not the power which makes you exploit the underpowered, not the power which gives you the confidence to do sins, but the power which enables you to know your true self your destiny and the purpose of you life. Hence it is often said that Knowledge is power.

Intellect Today - Desire for Success or Fear of Failure

Intellect Today - Desire for Success or Fear of Failure
By Anmol Gupta
Well in today's competitive world, where you have to take part in a race which never ends and also you are expected to come first each and every time, it's hard to imagine anyone who do not want to taste success.

But as you go deeper in the psychology of men, you will find that what he thinks as his desire to be successful is actually the fear of failure. To understand it properly at first we need to know the proper definition of success. According to me, " Success is the state of mind when you feel satisfied after doing a thing which you earlier think you can't." You must be thinking that this is not so. Yes it is true that you want to succeed but when you inquire yourself you will find that the desire for success is just the outcome of your fear of failure. What you think should be success is actually the fear of failure only and nothing more than that.

Take the case of exams. In exams you try to grasp as much marks as possible and that's what you call success probably. And you can say that the if we only fear the failure then we will only try to get passing marks not more than that. But to understand it now you also need to define failure. Failure is probably what you get when you can't defeat something or someone. Suppose a race in which you are alone. There is no question of win or lose, success or failure. So when you say that you are acquiring success, you are saying that you are overcoming failure. What I mean to say is when you work hard for getting higher percentage of marks it is not because you have the desire to success, it's only because there is someone who is scoring more than you,and if you score below him then you consider yourself a failure.

So basically it's the fear of the failure which drives the desire of your success. When you truly desire for success then success has a whole new meaning. Then it does not contain it's opposite with it. Then it becomes a monopole where you can only win because what you are up to is a race in which you have to compete with yourself only. No failures, success then only means to walk through the unweary and green new paths which are free from any kind of fear.

I do not know if I am right or wrong but it's just my point of view. It's totally up to you to decide but you should think right from your heart, erasing all levels of your previous knowledge, then only you could come up to a conclusion that what you wants is really success or it is just the fear of failure which is driving you crazy.
